I have quite a bit of information on the Chipman's of Williamstown, KY.My grandfather was Albert Sebree Chipman who descended from Perry Chipman.According to my information your mother's parents were William C b. 8/1862 & Katie b. 4/1867 Chipman.William's parents were Joseph 5/30/1842-1/8/1915 and Nancy Crosswaite 1/5/1837-3/2/1909,Joseph was the son of William and Marietta Juett Chipman.I have the family lineage all the way back to John Chipman who came from England in the 1600's.Am happy to share if you still need the information.
