Hi Sheila, Lovely to hear from you, from what you say which was very interesting we must be 4th cousins. I was born Geoffrey Charles Crane 22nd May 1955 - Bristol. My parents were Bernard Charles Crane 20/09/1921 - 07/05/1998 & Muriel Gladys Crane (nee Prewett) 03/10/1922 still alive age 89 married 12/07/1952.
My grandparents were Charles Frederick Crane 16/12/1886 - 15/08/1952 & Edith Frances Crane (nee Shield)15/01/1887 - 30/01/1963 mar. 01/08/1914.
My great grandparents were John Frederick Crane 15/04/1866 - 20/02/1947 & Eliza Ellen Crane (nee Chisholm) 13/09/1867 - 19/08/1944 who married in 1886.
Eliza Ellen Chisholm was the youngest child of Henry James Chisholm bapt. 1823 who died 03/02/1892 & Emma Chisholm (nee Webb)born about 1825 , died 17/08/1895.
