I am not sure if we are talking about the same person, but Mattawa isn't that big.
My Grandfather is (was) Phillip Chouinor, but his wife was Marjorie.It is my understanding that Phillip died of an appendicitis rupture, although I don't know the year.Heand Marjorie had 9 children (one of which was my father) Marjoried did re-marry shortly after his death to a man whoes last name was Burrit. If this is the same family, let me know and we can talk.
