Hello Kris,

My CHOUINARD family changed their name to SWINYER.

Here is what I have:David SWINYER m Amanda ANDREWS.They were both born about 1845-1853.They were both from Willsboro, NY.

They had one daughter Anna L. (Lucy) SWINYER b approx 1865.

They also had a son (10th child) Eli Warren SWINYER b 11/22/1890.

I wonder if there is a connection.I have seen the name spelled various other ways:Swenor, Swinor, etc.
