My husband's great-grandfather, John W. SHUPE of Phoenixville, PA married Mary Ann CLAIR.Their son George C. SHUPE (b. 1896, d. 1961) of Phoenixville, PA was my husband's grandfather.George also had a sister, Emma SHUPE.George married Bena KENNEDY and had 3 sons, one of which was my husband's father, Walter CLAIR SHUPE.Am very interested to know more of our CLAIR line.A connection?
