Steuben County}Be it remembered that on the 12th day of January A.D. 1841 a license was issuedby the Clerk of the Steuben Circuit Court permitting any person legally authorized to solumnize marriage in said county to join together in the holy bonds of wedlock Joseph Clack and Abigail Headley.And afterwards to wit: on the 25th day of January A. D. 1841 the following return to said license was filed in my office to wit:
I do here by certify that from proper authority on the 24 day of January 1841 I joined together as man and wife the within Joseph Clack and Abigail Headley, Brockville Jan the 25th 1841.

Sherrod Cemetery is located off or Highway 76 South, turn west at Dalton Rd, just before the Douglas Co. line.Follow Dalton about 5 miles.Turn right at Fletcher Road, drive through the field, cross 5 cattle guards.The cemetery is not in good condition.
