There is a photo of a Paper document : 5 sheets plus cover sheet 42cm x 26cm on paper water marked 1868, on website http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htmhttp://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm - use the surname search - which relates to the following named people:
John Wright CLOVER (deceased) formerly of Aylsham, Norfolk, then of 44 Mortimer Street, Cavendish Square, Middlesex. Gentleman.
Elizabeth Anne CLOVER now the wife of Falconer LARKWORTHY of 11 Upper Hamilton Terrace, Saint Johns Wood, Middlesex. Banker.
Thomas COPEMAN of Cromer, Norfolk. Gentleman.
This is a draft of a record made by the Manor of Aylsham Wood, Norfolk; relating to a piece of land called the ' T Pightle ' containing about 1 acre. This is Copyhold land of the Manor and is being sold by Elizabeth and Falconer Larkworthy to Thomas Copeman for £90.
We are told that the property had been left to Elizabeth Anne Clover by the Will of John Wright on his death in 1857. There is a long discussion of the exact boundaries of this plot and its relation to other lands left to John Clover's sons - ie John Peterson Clover and Joseph Thomas Clover,
Note that Thomas Copeman appears to be Lord of the Manor of Aylsham Wood.
