I'm really sad to to hear about Col. Coggins death. I have emailed him numerous times about my family tree.I have also talked to him personally. My grandmother was named Sally Anne Coggins. I sent him pictures of her last year. He shared those pictures with his sister. I'm so sorry to hear about the death of him and his wife.
