There is information about Author J. Cole on ancestry.com however I don't have an active account anymore. If you go to www.rootsweb.com you can sign up for an account. I'm not sure what the cost is now but from that page if you click on the advanced tab it will bring you to another screen. Just input your information about Arthur and Ozelle and you will get multiple hits, mostle census records.
