Cole Family DNA testing

Has anyone herewith NY Cole ancestry taken an autosomal, maternal or ydna test? I descend from the Adam H Cole of Richmondville, Schoharie, NY, born 16 Oct 1836. I have not had any links so far in autosomal testing that shows Cole links. Other surnames of the Schoharie area are Thompson/Tompson, Young, Van Valkenburg,and Petrie.
