Colin surname originating in England
In case anyone is monitoring the surname Colin currently, contact me. My paternal grandmother's maiden name was Colin. She was born in Birmingham, England, and the Colin name goes back in time to the Cotswolds district, west of London. I performed research in 1989 which led me to the bank of the River Col'n, in vicinity to the site of a famous Roman villa. The name of this village is Chedworth.
Cheers,
