This is not my relation, but am happy to do a lookup on him for you.
Lycurgus Frederick Collins (1863-1950) was born in or near Unionville in Bedford County, Tennessee.County seat is Shelbyville.He lived in Lewisburg (Marshall County) where he was manager/foreman in a pencil factory, before moving to Nashville about 1918.
Can't find much about Willie O. Rickman.Lycurgus and Willie married 1887 in Marshall County.Also, Lycurgus had a brother Spencer Daniel Collins who married Margaret Rickman in Marshall County in 1888.It's possible that Willie and Margaret were sisters.
Lycurgus and Willie had four children.
----Frank J. Evans Collins (born 1888) never married and died 1965 in Waco, Texas, where his sister lived.
----Claribel Collins (born 1891) married Henry Douglas Brown.She died 1979 in Waco, Texas.
---Wilma Aline (or Alima?) Collins was born 1898.She married Howard Taylor Havron.She and her husbandwho was a sales manager for various companies (from typewriters to soft drinks).They lived in Illinois, Kentucky, Alabama.He died 1973 in Birmingham, ALA.She died 1991 in Harrison County, Texas, where her son lived.
----Fred L. Collins was born 1903 and diedMurfreesboro (Rutherford County) in 1918 from an accidental gunshot wound.

Lycurgus was the son of William Jefferson Collins and Alameida "Ida" Williams of Bedford County, Tenn.
In 1850 census we find William Jefferson in the household of his parents William and Hester Collins.William Jefferson apparently died before 1870, because Alamada is head of household that year.

MORE INFORMATION on Willie O. Rickman:
She would appear to be the daughter of James F. Rickman and Jane Shuffield who married in 1864, Marshall County.Her mother died before 1875 when James Rickman married Cleopatra Robinson.Her father then died before 1880.
In the 1880 census we find Maggie and Willie Rickman (who married the Collins brothers) in the household of their stepmother Cleopatra (Patra) Rickman.Willie (age 6) is listed as a "stepson" but I think this was an error on the census taker's part.
