I am the great great granddaughter of Elisha Bowden.He did marry Sylvanna Colson Aug 22,1830.They had 8 children.he was born 1807.
1.Elisha Jr.born Winterport,Maine Sept .12,1848.Died Nov 8,1940 in Waterville,Maine.He and his 2nd wife Etta Calden are buried in the pine grove Cem.Waterville,Maine.They had 11 children.One was my grandmother carrie Adelle Bowden who married Irving Hewes from Winterport,Maine.If you don't have all this info I can e-mail you all the childrens names.
