In a Conveyance document of 07 August 1832 Richard Dickson is selling two small pieces of waste ground to William Coltman for £14 and 4 shillings (£14/4/-d). Photo http://www.familychest.co.uk/FamilyChestDocs/documents/0509067.htmhttp://www.familychest.co.uk/FamilyChestDocs/documents/0509067.htm
Both pieces are at Woodmansey, Yorkshire, adjoining the turnpike road from Beverley to Hull, and also adjoining land already owned by William Coltman. We are told that Richard Dickson is Lord of the Manor of BEVERLEY WATER TOWNS and the land is presumably in that manor.
