I took the liberty of posting your message to the BROCKWAY email list on rootsweb.com. Here are responses I got which might help you:
Please pass this to Teresa Johnson if you know she is not on the Brockway list.
I have Nancy and Gideon married 9 March 1813.Nancy's mother was Lucretia Willard from Braintree, Massachusetts, the wife of Daniel Williams about whom I know nothing.Gideon's mother was Elizabeth Comstock, b 28 Feb, 1747/1748 in Hadlyme, Middlesex, Connecticut. His father was Isaiah, born in Lyme about 1749.I have nothing on Lucretia's parents or siblings nor on Daniel's.The source for information on Gideon and Nancy comes from D. Williams Patterson but I have no source for Lucretia or Daniel.I believe I got that information from Stephen Brockway, Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Elizabeth Comstock's parents were William and Elizabeth (Beckwith) Comstock, about whom I know nothing.Information on the younger Elizabeth and on her husband come also from D. Williams Patterson and, again, I believe Stephen gave me the records for William Comstock and his wife.
The above from Joe York, former archivist and very fine researcher of the Brockway family - descendants of Wolston Brockway of Lyme, New London, CT. and............
Don't know if this is the correct Gideon & Nancy but this message from Walt Brockway, present archivist of the Wolston Brockway Family Exchange:
Beman Brockway's parents were Gideon and Nancy Williams. He was the editor owner of a newspaper in Watertown, NY and wrote a genealogical pamphlet in 1887.
