According to Frank Paul Conard's WWII draft card he was born July 1, 1894 in Philadelphia.
According to Edward Charles Conard's WWI draft card he was born Feb 3, 1889 in Philadelphia. In case you don't have it Edward died Oct 1867 and last lived in Bensalem, Bucks County, PA according to the SSDI.
Is it possible Edward is buried in the same cemetery as Frank or his brother Edward Jr? Does your husband or anyone else in his family know where they are buried?
Edward and Elizabeth's NJ marriage record might have data on parents. I believe and by no means certain that in NJ marriages were recorded at the county level and copies are at the NJ State Archives.
The Philadelphia Free Library might be able to help you with find death notices and obituaries. The Historical Society of Pennsylvania has a very large selection of Philadelphia church and cemetery records.
