Re: Connaughton-Conlon Co. Westmeath to NYC
Hello again Patricia:
For Marg(aret) Conlon B post 1890, Co. Westmeath with a father forenamed John, I found 1 rcd: 1898, Tubberclaire RC parish.
For John Conlon B ditto, I found 1 rcd: 1896, ditto.
For James Conlon B ditto, I found 1 rcd: 1893, ditto.
For Edward Conlon B ditto, I found 1 rcd: 1891, ditto.
For Mary Connaughton M 1890 +/- 4 yrs, Co. Westmeath, I found 2 church rcds: 1889 Mullingar, and 1890 Tang RC parishes.
For John Conlon M ditto, I found 4 church rcds: only 1 in Tang RC parish matches the one for Mary. A view of the detailed M rcds SHOULD show their parents' names as well as other info. This is useful in identifying and verifying B/M rcds for earlier generations.
For Mary Connaughton B 1868 +/- 2 yrs, Co. Westmeath, with the father's forename unknown, I found 4 rcds: 1868, 2-1869, and 1870. Only the 1868 rcd is in Tang RC parish. Father's forename for this rcd was James.
For John Conlon B 1866 +/- 4 yrs, ditto, I found 7 rcds: 1862, 1863, 1864, 1865, 2-1867, and 1869. An 1867 rcd was in Tang RC parish. Father's forename for this rcd was also John.
For John Conlon M 1863 +/- 4 yrs, Co. Westmeath, I found 3 rcds: 1862 Moyvore, 1864 Tang, and 1866 Kinnegad RC parishes.
For John Conlon B 1839 +/- 4 yrs, Co. Westmeath, with the father's forename unknown, I found 15 rcds - too many to easily summarize here. Knowledge of the mother's name found on the M rcds above, MAY help you identify which, if any, is the right B rcd.
