Cook Confusion...John, Jesse, Isaac ....help

I have brothers John W. Cook b. 1804 and William Cook b. 1806 Warrington MH York County PA.Who are thier parents?
I have seen on the LDS films...Isaac and Sydney Cook.
However in the Warrington Monthly meeting records...William W. Cook is stated to be the son os Samuel and Sidney Cook...page 157. I know this is the correct William W. Cook as he is married to Ruth Griest. Is there a connection to Peter Cook and Elinor Norman...if so how...
I can't seem to sort out who is who....
