Regarding the information about Nancy Cook Reagan, if anyone actually cares, her name was not Rebeckah, and probably not Betty.Her birth date of 1848 is a definite estimation.Nancy did not die on 11 Aug 1804. Francis Cook, her father, did not die on 1 Mar 1813.Betty was not born c. 1723-33 in York Co. and, guess what!! Betty was not Nancy's mother.

Is anyone positive Francis b. 1703 in York Co. VA was the father? It is assumed that Francis b. 1694 died young, but no one has proved it.Mary's birth date is as unknown as her surname.

Nancy was not the mother of John Reagan b. 1770.

OK- here are the answers:No one knows Nancy's second name, her birth or death dates, or her father's death date.Her mother was probably Sarah, but even that isn't proven.

Betty was born 3 Feb 1763, probably in Caroline Co. VA; married Francis after Apr 1798, no definite date known. She died in 1849.

Nancy's known children who lived were Charles, James, and Frances.
