Jacob COOK 1820 VA or WVA

I am seeking information on my gr. grandfather Jacob COOK b.05 Oct. 1820 in Jefferson CO.?, WVA or VA. d.07 Nov. 1877 and is buried in the Ladue Cemetary in Henry CO., MO. He was married to Amelia LONGBRAKE or LAMBRIGHT (b. 11 Oct. 1832 in Jefferson CO., WVA)around 1856 in either VA, WVA, IA, or MO (actual date and place of marriage unknown.) I need to know who Jacob's parents were and siblings if any. If anyone has any information on him please e-mail me. I will appreciate any connection, since I'm at a stone wall.
