Henry T. Cook - KY/MO 1860s

I am trying to track down Henry T. Cook, born in Kentucky, died in Missouri in the middle 1800s. His wife's name was probably Jane, last name perhaps Carnder. He had a daughter Harriet Ellen "Hattie" Cook b. 1855, a daughter Sarah b. 1856 and perhaps a son, William. The story is that the family moved to central Missouri in the late 1850s, but I have not been able to track them down. Thanks for any help.
