Old Cook Farm Cemetery, Madison County, NC

Does anyone have the directions to the Old Cook Farm Cemetary in Madison Co. , NC??I know that is is North of Hot Springs, NC, but I would love to visit the cemetary and have no clue exactly where it is.Any help would be appreicated!!
