Isaac Cooper, Mark Calvin Cooper (Cooper county Coopers)

I have a family history compiled by my cousin Phyllis Cooper Weskamp, that shows my line going back to Isaac Cooper (most likely from the Boonville, MO Coopers), but to date no one has established a link between Isaac, for whom there is little information, and the Cooper family in Boonville.Isaac's son, Mark, was born in Syracuse, MO and several of the others were born in Otterville, MO, both places relatively close to Boonville so it's not a leap to believe Isaac is probably the one who moved from Boonville to Syracuse.

I would like to know from which Cooper our line comes from (going back to Sarshell, Benjamin, Braxton and their children).

I live in Sedalia, MO and my direct lineage is as follows:
Claude Allen Cooper - Georgia (Lucy) Cooper
Claude Lee Cooper - Gladys Cooper
George Davis Cooper - Martha Anderson
Mark Calvin Cooper b. 1842 - Susan White b. 1861
Isaac Cooper - Elizabeth Chaney
