Solomon is referred to as such in 1870 and 1880 census records, in Toledo, OH. Seems to be known later in life as Frank Cooper. No census trace found after 1880.

May have been born in Akron or Toledo. Possible address in Toledo is 93 Oliver Street. Family came from Doylestown, OH (Rogue's Hollow) where two or the eight children were born. Before that the father was b. in Franklin Co., PA. After family dispersed, father John Albert Cooper moved to KS.
