I am desc. from James corbit killed in civil war at Peach tree creek. his father james corbit ross Co. Ohio. his father james Corbit son of David Corbit. David lived in Va. Ross CoOhio moved to Cass Co In. 1835.
David's father James Corbitfrom Pa to Va, Wva Masons Co. then to Ross Co. Ohio.
Three of david's children died in a two week period 1832, buried in Union Twnp. cemetery in the Virginia Military dist of Ohio.
