Sorry as well about the name- I know how it feels to get it mispelled alot.

However: where can this book be obtained? It sounds much like the book Dave Casto was working on when he died- I'm glad someone was able to do it, even if they didn't manage to get ahold of Dave's research. Is this book stil "in print", or avaiable elsewhere?
