CRAWFORD
An old resident of the city was removed by death Thursday, when Mrs. James Crawford, aged 78 years, passed from earth to a deserved rest. Her husband, a well known character in Mt. Sterling's early history, died 18 years ago. They had eight children, but four of whom are living, namely, Ambrose and Robert Crawford, Mrs. Alice Brockman of this city, and Mrs. Annie Smith of Iowa. The deceased had been in feeble health for several years past. Funeral services were held at the house at 2 o'clock yesterday; interment at the City Cemetery.


Married to James Ingram Crawford.
