John and Nancy Crocker moved from Spartanburg Co., SC, to Franklin Co., GA, between 1820 and 1830.They appeared on the 1830, 1840, and 1850 census of Franklin Co., and I believe William H. Crocker, born c.1805 and living near them, was their son.I descend from John and Nancy Crocker's daughter, Harriet L. Crocker, who was born in Spartanburg Co., SC, on 6 Jul 1816, married William E. Jenkins in Habersham Co., GA, on 22 Nov 1842, and died 4 Dec 1888.She and William are buried in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery just outside of Clarkesville, Habersham Co., GA.I am looking for the parents of John Crocker.His father may have been Arthur Crocker, Sr.I am also trying to prove that John married Nancy Lippens about 1800 in SC.
