Re: John & Nancy Crocker, SC to Franklin Co., GA

I am searching for information on John b: 1810 and Nancy b:1820 Crocker who were married in Franklin County, NC around 1834 and were the parents of Samuel Crocker b: 1849 in Franklin county.

Records found in Franklin and Johnston County show this John Crocker's father was also named Samuel b: 1765 in Franklin County NC married to Charity Crumpler on 25 July 1816 in Johnston County NC.

The younger Samuel married Lou Ella Whitley in 1878 in Franklin County NC.Samuel and Lou Ella later relocated close to Wilson/Johnston County line in Johnston county in an area known as Crocker's Nub. Children from Sam and Lou Ella were:

Johnnie, Eva, Ira, Nancy Jane, Harvey, John Robert, and Lulu.
