Clarke Crocker - Death Date in Lauderdale County, Mississippi

On December 16, 2011 I received a copy of the complete Military Bounty-Land Warrant Application File - Warrant No. 87463 from the United States National Archives & Records Administration containing 16 pages for Clark Crocker, Veteran War 1812, Capt Hamilton, Georgia Militia. Served 14 Nov 1814 to 09 Mar 1815.

And this file shows that Clark Crocker died October 21, 1854 in Lauderdale County, Mississippi.

Source:Testimony of his widow Anne [possibly Beason] Crocker as follows:

"Clark Crocker served from 14th Nov '14 to 9th March '15"

"Clark Crocker aged about Seventy four years the husband of Ann Crocker, the said Clark Crocker Died about the 21st day of October A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and fifty four ... from Mrs. Ann Crocker vs Pension officer for Bounty Land, Claim Filed June 25 1856 ... the Death of her husband being required to be Proven ..."

"...that She is now the widow of Clark Crocker who died the 21st of October last and has never married Since his death."
