I think there is other evidence which corroborates your theory.Note that a witness to Edward Crocker's wil1, 1621 was John Trehawk.A John Trehawk married Jane Crocker, daughter of Thomas Crocker of St. Agnes, Cornwall and Margery Gyll.This Thomas was also a son of John Crocker of Lyneham and Elizabeth Strode. I believe she had brothers:John, Hugh, Christopher and Humphrey.Another connection is Ann Trevanion, born 1670 who married Henry Crocker (chr 1670 - d.1731) at Veryan in 1688.This Henry Crocker was the son of Perkin Crocker (d.1690) and Wilmott Gay.
