William Crow Orphan?

I am looking for information regarding William Crow 1701-1760.I have seen in many family trees his father is Nathaniel Crow 1634-1695 and his mother is Deborah Leffingwell 1674-1733. The issue I have is his birth is 6 years after Nathaniels death. Nathaniel's death is proven by the date on the will he left. Also there is no mention of William in the will.His 3 other children Elizabeth age 10 years, John Crow 8 years, Deborah 2 years & 3 months are mentioned though.

Nathaniel's widow Deborah Leffingwell married again in 1696 to Andrew Warner, however William Crow does not seem to be from that union as the children they had together carry the Warner last name. Any help is appreciated
