If your Isaac is the son of Isaac CULLIPHER and Elizabeth LUCAS (and I think he is) then he is the nephew of Mary CULLIPHER who the wife of John GERMAN aka JARMAN.John is the probable father of Josiah, Keziah, Henry, William, Mary, Margaret, and perhaps, James.My James JARMAN (GERMAN) is a 12/12 DNA match to these JARMAN folks.
We believe Mary is the sister of Isaac CULLIPHER, father of your Isaac.If your have evidence stating otherwise, please let me know.

Know ye that I the said Rachel Cullipher by the county and state aforesaid for & in consideration
of the love good will and affection I bear towards my daughter Mary JARMAN of the county & state aforesaid have & granted & by these presents do freely give and grant unto the said Mary JARMAN her heirs executors or administrators all and sundry my goods & chattels consisting of cattle, hogs and bees that I possess in the county & state aforsaid of which before the signing of these presents I have delivered her the said Mary JARMAN to have and to hold******
