[Deed Emanuel Custer requested be recorded in 1803. The Deed was purchased by Emanuel Custer, Sr. From Ephraim Burgess et ux. Emanuel Custer, Jr. married April 1802, St. Gabriel's Catholic Church 5:00 PM.
The Deed was requested made 25th September 1802,
"Witnesseth that the said Ephraim Burgess hath this day bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto him, the said Emanuel Custer, his heirs and assigns forever and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds current money the receipt whereof the presents forever against him the said
