(Since we're cousins)In my records I have Winnie spelled as Kenmore.Most of the information I have is from research Lena Dawsey Slaven did.Alot was from word of mouth.Lena was Rufus Leonard's daughter.Rufus was William Whitfield Dawsey's brother.I will send you the geneology file if you would like.It takes us back to Edward Dorsey born before Aug. 2, 1659 at Isle of Kent, England.Some of it is assumption.By the way, thank you for what you are doing for our country.My son Charlie will be leaving July 11th for Fort Polk then Afghanistan.He's with the 205th Combat Engineers out of Slidell.They are a Louisiana Army National Guard unit.I will ask my mother (who was friends with your grandparents) what she knows about Winnie's parents.I will be seeing her Saturday.We are having a going away get together for Charlie.
