Lacy in Michigan seeking information about Midwest DeLacys

My last name should be DeLacy, but hillbillies in my family from Kentucky changed it. My grandfather is William Lacy, had a brother, Dean Lacy. Family is from Kentucky, Vine Grove I believe. I'm living in Detroit right now. Any help would be appreciated.
