Dear Adele,
I am also chasing up a Delacy in New Zealand. Annie Jane Delacy married Moore McKay in 1897 South Island (I think).
If I come across an Andrew Delacy in my researching I will pass the info onto you. You were right in your statement about the Delacy's being an elusive bunch, this particular one has kept me busy looking for her for over five years now....
