This could be Sarah's husband as he "disappeared" and did not go West to California, with Sarah or the children. The Delaney's are a difficult one for me too. I have been trying to find his first name and Sarah's last, without success. If I could just get their marriage record, it might shed some light on missing information. I show 9 children all born in TN.: John W. 1820; Bellison 1822; Daniel Jefferson 1830; Catherine F, 1833; Samuel ?; Francis Marion ?; Elizabeth 5 Oct 1832; Arsanite 183?; Sarah 1835. These dates vary and are reported on the Lingenfelter Archives file online.
