Did any of the De Marcus or Marcus Family have a daughter Margaret born circa 1780?

My Great Great Grandmother gave two ofe her sons the name Marcus
Marcus Iraneous Dagenhart and Ellis Marcus Dagenhart and both boys were alive at the same time.

Her Parents were Jacob and Margaret Moser. I know there was an Ellis Marcus in Burke County in 1840 which is the next county over from Lincoln(now Catawba)I believ Margaret and this Ellis could be brother ans sister and Grandchildren
of Ellis And Elizabeth Basket Demarcus.

John Morley Jones and Ruth Basket were also in NC and their son William Basket Jonse is on a Ferry contract with Jacob Moser.

Any ideas?
