I am not a member of this family, but enjoy putting information on unusual names.I have a book "Beginning at a White Oak" by Beth Mitchell, which gives information on patents and Northern Neck grants of Fairfax Co., VA:
Page 95 - "Demovile, Samuel, 404 acres, 15 November 1717, Book 5: 179.
Page 154 - "Demoville, Samuel, land on South Run Pohick adjacent John Parson."
"Sampson Demoville, planter of Fairfax, sold for 70 pounds to Samuel Talbot 202 acres granted Samuel Demoville, devised to his son Samuel who was father of Sampson (FX Deeds D:324, 14 august 1756)"
..."Samuel Demoville in will 12 April 1723 devised to daughter Magdalene rust who married Christopher Dominic Jackson and to daughter Elizabeth Harrison who married Benjamin Middleton and had son Benjamin (f this deed) 204 acres of land.Sold to Moses Simpson (Fx. Deeds E:316, 187 October 1763)."
