Albert M Dillon b 1835 KY, lived MO, OK, AR
Would like to correspond with anyone that might have knowledge of Albert M. Dillion/Dillin born 1835 in Kentucky.
Albert's middle name MAY be "Moore" and I first find him in the 1870's in Pineville, McDonald County, Missouri...where he served as Justice of the Peace/Circuit Clerk and Recorder.
His wife is shown as Leonore "Lee/Len" R. Dillon/Dillin in census records and was born about 1836 in TN. My family story says she MAY have been a school teacher.
Sometime after the 1880 census, Albert and Lee Dillon would take in an orphan named John G. Crowson. They would stay in Pineville, McDonald County, MO for the sale of Albert's property to A. C. Walters June 1883 and to be caught up in Garland Mann's murder trial of Dr. A. W. Chenoweth in Oct 1884.
Acquitted of this deed.....the family would leave Pineville, MO and by 1900, Albert & Lee Dillon (with their foster son, John Crowson) are in Blaine Co, OK.
After a short stay in OK, Albert M. Dillon would move into Arkansas where he died about 1925 in Washington Co.
