Hannah Doane/NC/SC/KY

I am seeking information on the parents of Hannah Doane b. 1749 in Willmington, NC.She married Alexander McDougal in c. 1770 after which they moved to today's Union Co., SC.
Alexander was a Baptist minister and a soldier in the American Revolution.After the war Alexander and Hannah moved to KY and were among the first settlers of LaRue Co.
She died in 1830.One of their sons was named Hezekiah which makes me wonder if her father or grandfather might be Hezekiah Doane.Any help would be appreciated.
