I am interested in hearing from descendants of John Doane b. 1812 KY d. 18 Apr 1899 Daviess Co IN married Harriet Perkins b. 23 Mar 1822 Daviess Co IN d. 28 Jul 1879 Daviess Co IN Children were: Boone, William, Mary E., Melissa J., Catherine, Anne, Elisha, Josephine, Millard Clay, and Nancy Edna.

I am especially interested in William, Elisha and Millard Clay Doane.William was b. 1842 IN m. Dorinda J. b. ca. 1850 MO (maiden name unknown).They had a daughter Mary E.I think he is the same William Doane who then married Martha E. (maiden name unknown).

Elisha b. Mar 1852 IN married Rebecca Eliza Burris b. Sep 1853 IL d. 28 Jan 1945 Harris Co TX. They had 8 children and I would like to know who each child married.Children were: Charles R., Eva Ellen, Elisha, Maggie M., James T., Eliza Christine, Mary A., and Asa A. The first 3 children were born in Kansas and the last 4 born in Indiana.I don't know where Maggie was born.

Millard Clay Doane b. 28 Nov 1856 IN d.18 Jun 1948 married Mimia Glenna Perkins.I have no dates for her and I would like to know her dates as well as, who her parents were.
