Re: Curtis Doane/Esther Chapman

I have no photos, but I do have these folks in my tree.It would be interesting to hear what you have. The Doane side is very well documented, but the Chapman side is a little harder for me to find information on.

I have Ester's parents as David Chapman b 10-16-1774 d 9-24-1863 and Martha Wheeler b 1774 d 7-13, 1853

I have no further information on Martha.

I have more information on David Chapman. If I have done my homework correctly, the Chapman family goes back to Saybrook, CT, same as the Doane Family.

I will be going to the Doane Family Reunion in Plymouth this summer. Maybe I will be able to get some more information there.
