Mary Dotson was married to Levin Waller. Bullen must have passed away at a younger age. Clayborn Hicks Dotson, her brother, was a lieutenent in the 26th Inf. Regt. Army of Tennessee, SCA and was one of the few in his company to survive the war. Mary and Levil Waller are both buried at the Dotson Campground Meth. Church in Thorn Hill, TN in Grainger Co. Clayborn, and most of the family are buried there also. Look also in the books,Holston Methodism, it has a piece on their father Samuel Dotson and how the church was started and later, Clayborn giving the deed to the church. By the way, Clayborn was in the same company in the Civil War as Levin Waller's brother, William Nelson Waller, a private. Nelson and Clayborn were two of the eight members of the second company H to still be in ranks when the war was over.
