The answers will be found in the Swedish parish records, which are online at the fee-based Genline site. (Gideå is the parish name and records were kept in the parish, which was a geographical area and not just the church building.) It is very unclear from your post which, if any, of these people emigrated.
Dotter means daughter and is unlikely to be a last name all by itself. Pehrs Dotter is the old way of writing Pehrsdotter (Persdotter with a decorative h) and that means the daughter of Pehr something else. Read about Swedish naming customs on the SweGGate site.

Specific information about these people will be found on the previously mentioned Genline site (if you subscribe). That information will be detailed enough that you can follow them backwards in time to see who parents and siblings and ancestors were. I don't have time to do that for you.
It is best to ask about Swedes on the Sweden forum. Type Sweden into the "Jump to Forum" space at the top right of this page.
