Thomas Doty, son Edward Doten and Phebe Phinney, b. Plymouth, Ma. March 6, 1747-8. It is quite certain that he m. twice, 1st prob Plymouth, but the name of his 1st wife has not been discovered. He m., 2nd, prob. Nova Scotia or Maine, Rhoda Rounds, or perhaps Runnells.
