surname spelling

I know this may be a stretch!!!My maternal Grandmother's maiden name was Dranse.In almost all of the census and birth records that were transcribed in the 1930's the name has been recorded as Drause.The way that the Germans wrote their N's looked like U'sYou might try looking under Drantz.
