Could you list some of the books that information on the Drennen family can be found?My husband is a descendant of LAWRENCE DRENNEN and SARAH DAY, through their son JAMES DRENNEN who married Mary Polly Davis on May 12, 1797 in Bath County, Virginia and moved to Hancock Co., TN.

Richard Drinnon, s/o James and Polly Davis Drennen marred Sarah Housley in 1834 in Hancock Co., TN.

General Richard Drinnon, b. Oct 1842 in Hancock Co., TN. married Hannah Wolfe, d/o David Wolfe and Virginia Jane Greene.[The Wolfe family came from Germany, through PA, and into Berkeley Co., VA (now WV) and moved to Scott Co., VA, Grainger Co., TN, and Hancock Co., TN]

Guyola Drinnon, b. March 28, 1886 in Luther, Hancock Co., TN married William Samuel Buttry on June 13, 1903 in Hancock Co., TN.They moved to Maryland and died there.(my husband's great-grandparents).
