Looking for William (Willie) DUCKETT

I am looking for info on a William (Willie) DUCKETT, who is listed on the 1920 Troup County, LaGrange, GA census as being the nephew of and living with Elias(Eliza) A. and Nancy C. Duckett Fowler. His date of birth is listed in the SS Death index as 13 Feb 1898, died Sept. 1981. Am trying to find the parents, brothers and sister of Nancy C. Duckett and hoping William's father's name would help. The 1920 census shows William Duckett being born in Georgia, and his parents being born in Georgia, and it lists him as a widower at age 22.
